    FRAZIER PARK, CA - Heavy rain caused flooding and mudslides in Fraizer Park. Areas of Fraizer Mountain Park Road were blocked by mud and debris. According to CHP, cars were stuck in mudslides on Cuddy Valley Road and Mt. Pinos Way.Kern County Fire officials say an unknown number of homes were flooded, but the extent of damage isn't yet known. Fire officials say there have not been any reports of injuries.
