  BAKERSFIELD, CA - The identity of the man who died in a crash on Interstate 5 early Friday morning has been released
  The coroner has identified the man as 23-year-old Alan Altamirano of Lakewood, Wa.
  The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. on I 5 near HWY 223.
  According to the coroner's report, the decedent was the operator of a vehicle that crashed.  He died at the scene from his injuries.
  The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
