    AUSTIN (KXAN) — Elgin Police, along with the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office, arrested a man in Elgin Tuesday on an Austin Police Department arrest warrant for a dog theft and shooting that occurred Sunday night near Shady Lane.APD's arrest warrant for Raderrick Harvey charges him with one felony count of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.According to APD, Harvey allegedly approached the victim in a car.
