    LLANO COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) – A Llano police officer who has been suspended with pay is now under indictment, accused of tampering with evidence, among other things.

    Sajjad Zaid Alqassab, who would have turned 16 years old in two weeks, was running across the 1300 block of North I-35, near Parmer Lane, when he was hit by an SUV.

    Austin police say the crash happened on Dec. 3 at 1:20 a.m. along North Lamar Boulevard just south of West Braker Lane.
