    Police confirm bank robbery in Round Rock
    ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN)- The Round Rock Police Department has confirmed a robbery occurred Saturday afternoon at the IBC Bank located at 1850 Gattis School Road and A.W. Grimes Blvd.
    RRPD responded to the call at around 2:30 p.m. but, no arrests have been made at this time. Police confirmed there were no injuries.
    This is an on-going investigation and this article will be updated as more information comes in.

    AUSTIN (KXAN)- The Austin Police Department are searching for a man who robbed an undisclosed amount of money from a South Austin bank Saturday morning.
    Police were notified at approximately 11:33 a.m. of the robbery from the Bank of America located at 701 Stassney Lane. APD said a bank teller was handed a note from the suspect letting her know it was a robbery.

    KEY WEST, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a mother who mailed drugs to her incarcerated daughter is now an inmate in the same Florida jail.
    Monroe County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Becky Herrin said in a news release that a deputy at the jail near Key West found the envelope and noticed it had a chemical smell. He opened the envelope and saw a substance inside.

    Overnight shooting kills man, injures another in Pflugerville
    PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (KXAN) — Police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and another injured overnight.
    It happened at the 200 block of East Wells Branch Parkway, just south of Heatherwilde Boulevard at around 4 a.m.
    According to Austin/Travis County EMS, medics found two men at the scene with gunshot wounds. One man later died.
    The other man was sent to Round Rock Medical Center and is expected to be OK.

    AUSTIN (KXAN) — A scary moment for people who were inside a State Farm office in South Austin Friday afternoon.
    Austin police say a driver drove into the building just after 2 p.m. in the shopping center at 5800 W. Slaughter Ln., just west of South MoPac. Pictures show the vehicle went up a landscaped area and slammed into the front of the business.
    It appears the vehicle went half-way into the office. No one was injured in the crash but the driver was arrested.
