    A 70-year-old Arlington woman is facing a pair of felony charges after a confrontation at a condo building allegedly turned violent.
    The incident happened around 2 p.m. Friday on the 3000 block of Spout Run Parkway, an address that corresponds with the Cardinal House Condominiums.
    Arlington County police say the woman had a verbal dispute with a man inside an elevator. According to a crime report, she prevented the man from leaving and then sprayed him with pepper spray.
