  Police are investigating the death of a man found in a vehicle on a quiet residential street near Marymount University.
  Police say the man’s death “does not appear to be suspicious” but they’re still looking into the circumstances.
  “At approximately 6:56 a.m. on March 27, police and fire were dispatched to the 2700 block of N. Wakefield Street for the report of a cardiac arrest,” Arlington County Police Department spokeswoman Alli Shorb tells ARLnow

  Green Valley’s New District Brewery is auctioning off its equipment, ARLnow has learned, but the door is not fully closed on the local brewery opening elsewhere.
  Arlington’s only production brewery is putting items like tanks, pumps, a keg cleaning system, tap heads, and furniture up for auction.

  Taco Bamba is expanding its presence in Arlington.
  The burgeoning fast-casual chain is planning to open at 4041 Campbell Avenue in Shirlington, a PR rep said this morning. That’s the former location of Taco + Piña, which closed late last year after opening early in the pandemic and never quite finding its footing.
  “The 2,100-square-foot space at 4041 Campbell Ave. will include a full bar and patio, and open this spring,” the PR rep noted.

  Our Mom Eugenia is opening its third restaurant in Virginia on March 30 — this one in Arlington’s Shirlington Village.

  There are markets across the country where the average price of a single-family house is less than the average price of a condo, but Arlington, Virginia, is most definitely not one of them.

• Pike pedestrian punched, robbed by gun-toting suspects

  A man walking along Columbia Pike at 8 p.m. on Friday was punched and robbed by a trio of suspects, two of whom were armed.
  That’s according to the latest Arlington County Police Department crime report.
  The incident happened on the 5000 block of Columbia Pike, just west of the Arlington Mill Community Center. It was reported to police about 50 minutes after it happened, according to ACPD.
