Unretiring: When should you return to work?
The title on my uncle’s LinkedIn profile attracted my attention and made me chuckle.
    “Retired for the Fourth Time.”
My uncle, like many Americans, never fully retired (until recently). Instead, he took breaks along the way but stayed active and employed and even tried new professions and places to live. So the question is, why not?
Of the roughly 59 million Americans aged 65 and older, about 13 million are still working. And among them, an estimated 5 million have “unreti

His pitching did not evoke as many feel-good emotions.
Kershaw’s return for his 18th season was rough to watch. He gave up three runs in the first inning and five in four innings. That did not make him the least effective pitcher on a seesaw night that saw both teams blow leads. Logan O’Hoppe’s three-run home run in

LAFC wants no part of the Galaxy’s comeback story
Toss it all out the window. Every last bit.
The Galaxy’s Major League Soccer record 13-match winless streak to start a season, including losing a game without conceding a shot. Three out of 39 possible points. A negative-21 goal differential. Last weekend’s 7-0 implosion at New York Red Bulls – a rematch of the Galaxy’s last league victory, the 2024 MLS Cup final on Dec. 7 – which equaled the largest margin of defeat in MLS history.
