    A Garden Grove man who stabbed another man to death during a 2015 attack in Anaheim was sentenced Friday to 36 years to life in prison.
    James Robertson Fraser, 37, was convicted last year of second-degree murder for the killing of 26-year-old Pedro “Pete” Toro at a home in the 1500 block of West Edithia Avenue.
