    Sophomore Hannah Stines made a contested layup with 1.1 seconds left in overtime to lift Troy’s No. 3 girls basketball team past host Roosevelt 67-66 in the CIF-SS Division 1 quarterfinals Wednesday night.
    Stines finished with 23 points to lead the second-seeded Warriors (22-8), who advanced to Saturday’s semifinals against visiting No. 3 M.L. King of Riverside.
    King beat Chaminade 53-43 in another semifinal Wednesday,
    Troy’s Anaiyah Tu’ua adde 16 points for the Warriors.
