    The “Taj Mahal” of Laguna Hills has been sold for $42 million.
    The distinctive 88,538 square-foot medical office building at 23521 Paseo De Valencia was bought by Healthcare Realty from the Muller Co., the Colliers brokerage says.
    The Taj Mahal Medical Building, with its iconic columns, was built in 1964 and once housed top officials of the nearby Leisure World retirement village. Muller acquired the property in the late 1990s and retooled it into medical offices in 2011.

    Firefighters were working to extinguish a commercial blaze in Anaheim Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

    Is Southern California the most romantic region in the U.S. for dining? It is according to Yelp’s 100 Most Romantic Places for Valentine’s Day. This year’s list includes a whopping 49 restaurants in Southern California.

    Riverside County public health officials announced Tuesday morning, Feb. 4, that a child under quarantine at March Air Reserve Base developed a fever and is now under observation at a local hospital.

    LOS ANGELES — Beach Boys founding members Brian Wilson and Al Jardine are alerting fans that they have no part in an appearance later this week by a version of the group fronted by co-founder Mike Love at a trophy-hunting convention where Donald Trump Jr. will be the keynote speaker.

    Man dies after struck by car while crossing Tustin street
    A man died Tuesday morning after getting hit by a car while crossing Red Hill Avenue in Tustin, police said.
    He was outside of a crosswalk just south of San Juan Street, Tustin police Lt. Andrew Birozy said.
    The man, described by police as elderly, was found by officers and pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the 6:20 a.m. incident.
    The driver of a blue Toyota SUV stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. They do not believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash, Birozy

    Orange County SC recently announced a partnership with Rangers Football Club of the Scottish Premier League.
    One of the goals of the agreement called for player movement between the two clubs.
    On Monday, it was announced that Rangers will send Cammy Palmer, Danny Finlayson and Matthew Shiels on loan to OCSC for the upcoming USL season.
