Watch: Mike Trout commercial with Andrew Luck is a must-see
Mike Trout apparently has a few moves we didn’t know he had.
The Angels’ star outfielder breaks out some ’70-style disco clothes and goes full “Saturday Night Fever” in a dance-off with Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck for a 30-second spot for BODYARMOR Sports Drink.
The commercial is playing to mostly positive reviews from consumers on social media, many of whom point out that it seems quite out of character for Trout, who has generally been fairly conser

Three months in, Gavin Newsom has only tepid approval
Gavin Newsom coasted into the governorship last year, defeating his Republican rival by more than a 3-2 margin.
It seems a little odd, therefore, that three months into his governorship, he enjoys only tepid popular support.
A new poll by the Public Policy Institute of California found that just 45 percent of all adults, and the same percentage of likely voters, approve of Newsom’s governorship so far.
It’s not surprising that Republicans strongly disapprove of Newsom, the most outwa

The phenomenon of “taxuration” occurs when taxpayers are so saturated with new tax-hike proposals that they start to rebel.  According to a new poll, taxuration may have finally arrived in California, if hasn’t been here already.
Last week, the Public Policy Institute of California released the findings of a survey showing that a majority of likely voters in the state aren’t very happy with the tax burdens they are forced to pay. Most Californians say the state&rsquo
