    The Trojans defeated Arizona in the Pac-12 tournament, toppling the Wildcats 78-65 in the opening round and advancing to the quarterfinals for a matchup Thursday against top-seeded Washington.
    In all five of their previous games against Arizona in the conference tournament, the Trojan had lost, including in the title game last season. The Wildcats, though, were usually a higher seed.
