    Right around the time the U.S. Senate on Thursday, Jan. 25, rejected two competing bills to end the partial government shutdown, Officer Nick Huttinga stopped by a pop-up food pantry that began operating this week at John Wayne Airport to help ease the stress and financial pain of Transportation Security Administration workers.
