    SANTA ANA — Murder and drunken driving charges were filed Tuesday against a 29-year-old man accused in a fatal crash in Santa Ana over the weekend.
    Jesus Segura Herrera of Orange is charged with second-degree murder, driving with a blood-alcohol level in excess of .08 percent or more causing injury and driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, all felonies.
