    Man hanging from 22 Freeway overpass in Garden Grove injured in fall
    A man who was seen hanging from the 22 Freeway overpass over Beach Boulevard in Garden Grove suffered what were described as moderate injuries when he fell into the roadway Tuesday, Nov. 27, the Garden Grove Fire Department said.
    A California Highway Patrol officer spotted the man and blocked traffic lanes. Later, the man let go and fell, fire Capt. Thanh Nguyen said. The man was treated by paramedics and taken to a trauma center in stable condition, Nguyen said.
    No motorists were involved.

    Orange collision leaves pedestrian hospitalized
    An Irvine man was hospitalized after he was struck by a vehicle in Orange on Tuesday, Nov. 27.
    The crash happened sometime before 5:20 p.m. on Chapman Avenue near North Feldner Road, according to Orange Police Lt. Fred Lopez.
    He said a 41-year-old man was injured and taken to a hospital, but details on the severity of his injuries were not immediately available.

    Rain brings flash flood threats and evacuation notices in Southern California
    Rainfall is expected throughout most of the rest of the week throughout Southern California. While that rain can provide a reprieve from dry weather, it also carries with it potential hazards.
