    The losses have been more like poundings.
    USC has stumbled three times this season, with each defeat coming by at least two touchdowns.
    At Stanford in early September, the Trojans were blown out by 14 points.
    At Texas the next week, they were routed by 23 points.
    At Utah last Saturday, USC fell by 13 points.
    The last time the team had as may double-digits losses in a season was in 2015, when Clay Helton first took over for Steve Sarkisian as interim coach, and there are at least five games to go
