    3 dogs found dead in San Clemente house fire
    Three dogs were found dead Monday, Sept. 17 inside a two-story house in San Clemente by firefighters who were putting out a blaze.
    Firefighters were called at about 11 a.m. to the house in the 600 block of Calle Juarez, said Capt. Tony Bommarito of the Orange County Fire Authority, and put out the fire in 30 minutes.

    LOS ANGELES — The California Nurses Association announced Monday that it has reached a tentative contract agreement with the University of California system.
