    Q. Has anyone done a study to determine what is the most frequent cause of “stalled” cars on freeways? Modern cars do not stall, so what’s really going on? I think a large number of these cars are running out of gas because of the negligence of their operators. Do they suffer any consequences if that’s determined to be the case? The amount of lost time, productivity and increased pollution because of such negligence must be astounding.

    OCVarsity Student Sections: Santa Margarita’s ‘Eagles Nest’ soars above the rest in Week 2
    After having several student sections come close to taking the OC Varsity Student Section of the week honor last week, we were hoping this week would be easier to make the call … and it was.
    But it was still tough.
    Several sections stood out, each for different reasons, as they cheered on their teams during Friday’s high school football games.
    In the end though, it was a familiar student section that swooped in and collected the weekly title of top student section in Orange County.
