    Low-lying roads or parking lots near the ocean in Southern California may see some minor flooding during high tide cycles Saturday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
    In a beach hazards statement, high tide warnings were put in place for Seal Beach, Newport Beach and Balboa in Orange County. The tide was expected to reach nearly 7 feet in Newport Beach just before 10 p.m., officials said.
