    Woman killed in Brea rollover crash
    BREA — A woman was killed Monday when a vehicle rolled over at a Brea intersection, authorities said.
    The crash was reported at 12:36 a.m. on State College Boulevard at Blossom Place, Brea police Sgt. Steve Thompson said.
    The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Thompson said. He did not know the victim’s age but believed the victim was an adult.
    No one else was involved in the crash, he said.
    The victim was female, the Orange County coroner’s office reported.

    SANTA ANA — A teenage boy was shot in the hand as he walked down a Santa Ana street, authorities said Monday.
    The shooting was reported at 11:57 p.m. Sunday on the 2200 block of Van Ness Avenue, Santa Ana police Sgt. Mauricio Estrada said.
    The suspects shot the 17-year-old boy from a vehicle, Estrada said.
    The teen was taken to a hospital for treatment, he said.
