    A man was apparently shot to death Thursday behind the wheel of a car that had been weaving across a street and nearly hit a bicyclist in Santa Ana, authorities said.

    An Anaheim family was displaced after a fire possibly caused by illegal fireworks tore through their home’s garage on the Fourth of July, fire officials said.
