    IRVINE — A person died Sunday in a fiery car crash in Irvine, authorities said.
    It happened shortly before 5 a.m., at the intersection of Bake Parkway and Lake Forest Drive, according to the Orange County Fire Authority and Irvine police.
    Responding Irvine police officers found the car crashed into a traffic pole, engulfed in fire, police said. OCFA firefighters put out the flames and discovered the dead driver inside.
