    A Seal Beach resident was shot several times in the leg and sent to the hospital Wednesday evening in Seal Beach, police said.
    Police responded to the 300 block of 16th Street at 7:30 p.m. to find a man had been shot several times in the leg and the suspect had fled the scene, said Seal Beach Police Sgt. Michael Henderson.
