    La Palma city offices, including City Hall and the Recreation, Public Works and Police Administration departments, will be closed starting Friday, Dec. 22 and will re-open Jan. 2.
    Trash collection will be disrupted Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. and will be pushed back one day. The city will also be collecting holiday trees for recycling during this two week period using a separate collection truck.
    Street sweeping services will be cancelled from Dec. 25 to Jan. 5,  and resume Jan. 8.

    SANTA ANA – A former Fullerton city manager pleaded guilty Tuesday to reckless driving, in the wake of authorities saying he struck a tree while driving after consuming alcohol on election night last year.
