    Police arrested a 26-year-old Santa Ana woman on Sunday, Dec. 17, on suspicion of physically abusing her 13-month-old twins, sending one girl to the hospital in critical condition, authorities said.
    The child was taken to the UCI Medical Center on Sunday, unresponsive and with multiple injuries, police said.
