    ANAHEIM A woman riding a motorcycle was killed following a collision with a car late Monday afternoon, Dec. 11, according to authorities.
    The crash occurred around 5 p.m.in the 5800 block of East La Palma Avenue, police said. The name and age of the motorcyclist were not released.

    The young and spirited Tustin girls basketball team wrapped up the Ocean View Tournament on Saturday, Dec. 9 with an impressive 56-53 victory over Lakewood to take fifth place.

    Long Beach State will rename Blair Field after major donation
    Long Beach’s most iconic sports facility is getting a major facelift, and a name change as well. Blair Field was constructed in 1958 with public funds and is currently being leased to Long Beach State by the city in exchange for the university making upgrades to the historic baseball field.
