  IRVINE — What was supposed to be a fun summer day at a busy neighborhood pool nearly turned into a nightmare.
  Sepand Mansouri, who was playing with his two daughters in the Quail Hill Commons pool, saw a man holding a toddler in his arms yelling for help. The girl was blue, foaming at the mouth and not breathing, Mansouri said.

  SANTA ANA – A woman in her 50s, who was possibly homeless, died early Friday morning, Oct. 13, after getting hit by a car while crossing a busy Santa Ana street.

  SEAL BEACH A driver was killed early Friday in a fiery single-vehicle crash in Seal Beach, according to authorities.
