    IRVINE — What was supposed to be a fun summer day at a busy neighborhood pool nearly turned into a nightmare.
    Sepand Mansouri, who was playing with his two daughters in the Quail Hill Commons pool, saw a man holding a toddler in his arms yelling for help. The girl was blue, foaming at the mouth and not breathing, Mansouri said.
    Mansouri, an anesthesiologist at Kaiser’s Irvine medical center, quickly began CPR, while others called 911.
