    Crash closes Ortega Highway west of Lake Elsinore
    Ortega Highway, also known as Highway 74, was closed in both directions Tuesday night because of a single-car crash near the landmark Ortega Oaks Candy Store, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident log.
    The two-lane road connects Lake Elsinore on the east to Orange County cities on the west, including San Juan Capistrano.
