    Fullerton police seeking help identifying toddler found wandering
    FULLERTON — The Fullerton Police Department is trying to identify a toddler found wandering in the street early Sunday morning.
    The boy, about 2-3 years old, was found 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, at the intersection of S. Basque Avenue and W. Southgate Avenue.
    He is of Middle Eastern or Indian descent and about 3 feet tall, 35 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes, according to police. He was wearing a white striped T-shirt, silver-colored sweatpants and no shoes.
