    SANTA ANA – Police are negotiating with a man who has climbed atop an iconic water tower near the I-5 freeway.
    Around 11:50 a.m., police received a report that a man, dressed in black, was scaling the tower that is a Santa Ana landmark, said Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.

    $7 million SuperLotto Plus ticket sold in Santa Ana
    A winning ticket for a $7 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot was sold at a Northgate Market in Santa Ana, California State Lottery officials said in a statement.
    The winning ticket from the Saturday, Aug. 19 drawing matched the winning numbers, 21, 47, 27, 14, 8, and Mega Number 25 was sold at the market at 230 N. Harbor Blvd.
    A winner has yet to come forward, lottery officials said.
    This is the second million-dollar-plus SuperLotto Plus ticket sold in Orange County in a week.
