    Metrolink’s Orange County Line was delayed Monday morning, Aug. 7, after a train hit a vehicle on the tracks in Anaheim.
    The train, carrying 220 passengers, hit an unoccupied vehicle at the East South Street crossing at 8:35 a.m., said Scott Johnson, a spokesman for Metrolink.
    The train was on Line 600 and destined for Oceanside.

    Don Baylor, the 1979 American League MVP, died Monday of cancer ESPN reported. He was 68.

    TUSTIN — A 3-year-old boy was found unconscious floating in his backyard pool Sunday, Aug. 6, before firefighters revived him, authorities said.
