    MISSION VIEJO — An underground transformer caught fire, causing more than 100 Southern California Edison customers to be without power Friday, utility officials said.

    SANTA ANA — A Clancy’s employee was charged Friday with involuntary manslaughter in the death of a man who was found bleeding from a head injury behind the Seal Beach bar.
