    SANTA ANA – A music teacher was charged in Orange County Superior Court on Thursday, July 20 on suspicion of committing lewd and lascivious acts on two female students ages 5 and 6.
    Randal “Randy” Letcher Scott, 57, of Irvine was arrested Tuesday by Cypress police, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
    Scott faces 30 years to life in state prison if convicted of both counts of lewd acts and lifetime registration as a sex offender.

    The parents of a 3-year-old girl, who fell to her death at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim during a vacation to Disneyland , have filed a lawsuit against the hotel.
