    A big-rig burst into flames Sunday morning, June 18, on the 91 Freeway in Corona.
    The fire was reported at 10:09 a.m. in the eastbound lanes west of Serfas Club Drive, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log. At 10:18 a.m., authorities stopped all traffic in both directions on that portion of the 91 while firefighters worked to put out the fire.

    Huntington Beach firefighters came to the rescue of a woman who was attacked by a swarm of bees Saturday morning, June 17, with one firefighter getting stung as well, officials said.
    Shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a call from a woman in her 40s being stung by a swarm of bees near Garfield Avenue and Seaport, and when they arrived, the person had been stung several times and had bees tangled in her hair, said Capt.
