    Q. An hour ago I witnessed a matte-gray minivan and a matte-gray midsize car pull over a driver on the 133 South. These vehicles were not marked as police cars, other than the big red and blue flashing lights inside the windshield. Is this legal? What kind of law enforcement are these people? I would not pull over for a car that looks like that. I would be afraid for my safety and would probably call 911.
