    LAGUNA BEACH — The only place people will be allowed to smoke in this resort town will be inside their homes and cars.

    Chargers’ preseason schedule is set as they will play first two games at StubHub Center
    In just over three months, StubHub Center will host an NFL game for the first time.
    The Chargers will open their preseason on Sunday, Aug. 13 against the Seattle Seahawks. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. in Carson’s 30,000-seat stadium — a soccer venue that also has hosted high school football games and the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, one of many all-star showcases for NFL hopefuls.
