  A $3.8 million water main upgrade starts this month in north Orange; traffic and water interruptions are expected over the next year while the city replaces its aging pipes.

  A fire at a Westminster strip mall early Sunday, May 7, drew 25 firefighters, who extinguished it within 20 minutes.
  One firefighter at the scene experienced a medical emergency not directly related to fighting the fire, said Steve Dohman, a captain with Orange County Fire Authority.
