    Southern California home prices up 4.7% to 6.4% in March
    House prices are rising fastest in Los Angeles County, increasing 6.4 percent in the year ending in March, according to the CoreLogic Home Price Index, released Tuesday.
    Orange County house prices were up 4.7 percent in March, by comparison, the HPI showed. In the Inland Empire, prices increased 5.8 percent.
    Percentage gains in house prices tend to be smaller in the region, which already has some of the nation’s highest housing prices. House price gains averaged 7.

    The crash happened about 4:40 p.m. on Monday, May 1, at PCH and 10th Street, the Huntington Beach Police Department reported. PCH between 9th and 11th streets was closed for several hours during the investigation.
