    Sami Vatanen has yet to return to the defense corps since Game 1 of the first round against Calgary but he took part in the optional morning skate, occasionally winding up and taking slap shots. Vatanen has been dealing with an unspecified upper-body injury.

    A 29-year-old man ran away from the scene of a rollover crash early Sunday, April 30, leaving behind his 10-year-old stepson, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
    The driver was traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed when he hit a parked car in the 2000 block of East Coronet Avenue at 12:35 a.m., said Anaheim Police Sgt. Darren Wyatt.

    Authorities have identified an Anaheim man killed Saturday afternoon, April 29, in a motorcycle crash outside of Corona.
