On Wednesday, the U.S. District Court of Middle Tennessee has granted a preliminary injunction for Pavia's motion that argued his year's spent in junior college should not count towards his Division I eligibility.

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque has rules on the books requiring home heating, but a new change is also now requiring property owners to put in cooling systems.
