    Clovis man sentenced to 15 years in prison for role in the death of his infant daughter
    CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – Christian Alonzo was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the death of his four-month-old daughter in April 2021. According to police, the girl had been left in his care at an apartment complex in Texico. Witnesses told police he came outside saying she wasn't breathing.     NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Frank Shorty Trujillo, 18, has been charged with domestic abuse after investigators said he attacked a woman in October. According to investigators, Trujillo pushed the mother of his child because his "weed" had not been delivered to the home. She fell on top of the baby.     MORIARTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Moriarty Fire Department said one person died when a semi crashed into a building around noon on Thursday. They said the semi went off of I-40 and into a building.
