• Accused cop killer pleads guilty to another federal firearms charge

  ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man accused of killing Albuquerque Police Department officer Daniel Webster pleaded guilty to another federal firearm charge Tuesday.
  According to officials, Davon Lymon pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement. Under the plea agreement, other charges for possessing unlawfully possessing firearms will be dropped when he is sentenced.
  Lymon faces 10 years for each of the firearms charges. Sentencing for those charges has not been set.

  Albuquerque Public Schools Police said the school was evacuated around 1:00 Tuesday afternoon because of a reported bomb threat.
  After investigating the report, police say no threat was found and students were allowed to return to their classrooms.
