  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The eastbound I-40 frontage road just east of 2nd Street has been closed because of a crash.
  The Albuquerque Police Department says, several people have been taken to the hospital as a result of the crash.
  APD says drivers should expect for the area to be closed for several hours and they should adjust their evening commute.

  Dona Ana County District Attorney Mark D’Antonio said Tuesday that 38-year-old Juan Chavez, of El Paso, has been indicted by a grand jury in state district court.
  Chavez is accused of failing to pay $109,000 in taxes between 2013 and 2015.
