• Police: Woman arrested after driving drunk on I-40

  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque woman is accused of driving drunk and how drunk is pretty shocking.
  State Police arrested 34-year-old Keri Chavez Monday after they noticed her weaving in and out of traffic on I-40 near Coors at 8 a.m.
  The officer says he smelled the booze. Her breath test showed her more than four times the legal limit. Chavez is charged with aggravated DWI.

  It happened on Feb. 9, but the university just sent out the alert on Thursday.

  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man police say threw rocks at drivers in Albuquerque appeared in court Thursday.
  Timothy Garcia was arrested last year. Police say he threw large rocks at drivers along Broadway, damaging at least three vehicles.
  One of the drivers chased Garcia near San Jose Elementary School and held him down until police arrived.
