  ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – One of the busiest off-ramps in Albuquerque is about to be repaired.
  The Department of Transportation wants to add a third left turn lane on the I-40 off-ramp at Louisiana. Crews will start work January 11.
  They will also add new lighting and signals to the intersection and repave the ramp which has large cracks because the soil settled underneath the concrete.

  Its name is Feisty and it’s a 25-year-old harbor seal. Feisty joined three other seals and one sea lion in November and now is on display for the public to see.
  Feisty comes to Albuquerque from Lake Superior Zoo in Minnesota and officials say it is adjusting very well.
  Zookeepers say despite his name the seal is calm and laid-back.
