  An Owensboro, KY, police officer was shot and wounded in the abdomen by a homeowner who mistook him for a suspicious person Wednesday morning, according to Kentucky State Police.Troopers have identified the officer as Zachary Morris, 23, of Owensboro.KSP says Officer Morris was in the area investigating a report about a suspicious person.
