  Leeds based Torsion Construction has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
  Directors said the move was designed to give them breathing space as they battle to save the £165m turnover business which specialises in student accommodation, retirement living and build to rent jobs across the North and Midlands.

  Severn Trent Water is preparing to launch a pre-market engagement notice to start talks with the supply chain for a new generation of capital delivery frameworks worth up to £25bn over the next 8–15 years across the Midlands.
