    Canadian owner Brookfield Business Corporation has sold its contracting arm Multiplex to Japanese construction firm Obayashi Corporation for £492m.
    Multiplex was acquired by Brookfield in 2007 and became a standalone construction business as part of Brookfield Business Corporation in 2016.
