    Vistry has picked up the next major phase of Sunderland’s flagship Riverside regeneration with a 600-home neighbourhood at Sheepfolds.

    Saint-Gobain UK has confirmed plans to build a new stone wool insulation manufacturing factory at the former Holwell Foundry Works in Melton Mowbray.
    Construction could start early next year subject to planning approval with the new factory targeted to begin production in 2027.

    United Living Group has acquired £22m turnover civil engineering contractor Peter Duffy Ltd.

    Balfour Beatty Vinci has hit a major milestone on HS2, completing the first stretch of steelwork for twin viaducts to be slid over the M6 near Birmingham Airport.
